Buyers are assumed to provide truthful information about their age and minors need to submit consent of a legal guardian to make the purchase. Once the order has been placed successfully an order confirmation email will be sent to your email address. It is important that you enter the correct email address when placing your order. It is also your responsibility to make sure the shipping address is complete and correct.
All prices are including VAT. If the shipping delivery address is outside of the EU, import duties and taxes may be applied depending on local laws.
If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 24h, please contact the customer service. If an item is out of stock, you will be noticed by email about the expected delivery time. When your order has been delivered and Sandell has received its due payment, you will become the owner of the purchased product(s).
Sandell´s responsibility for errors in connection to delivery is limited to existing conditions of sale. Sandell bears no direct or indirect responsibility for example, but not limited to, incompatibility, delivery delays, downtime, data loss, additional work or other economic harm.
The purpose of product images and information are made to reflect the products as much as possible. While we endeavour to ensure that all content on this website is accurate, errors may occur. Sandell cannot guarantee that all product images accurately reflect the true appearance of the products. All product images should be seen as illustrations. The product images may differ depending on the color settings on your computer.
Sandell uses PayPal check out, you can choose to pay by credit card, debit card or PayPal. The accepted cards are VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
Promo codes have to be submitted during the checkout to be valid. Attempting to add a promo code after purchase will not be honored.
Sandell’s general warranty is valid for 100 days, for all countries. In those countries where other warranty laws apply that extend beyond 100 days, we follow the relevant country’s laws and regulations. The warranty covers manufacturing errors, not life of the battery, wear and tear or straps. Warranty is not valid if damaged by lack of care, incorrect usage or accidents.
Contact Sandell´s customer service, specify the manufacturing errors and attach a photo together with your order number.
Returned products need to be in the same condition, unused and shipped back in the original packaging. Private consumers have the right to return the order within 30 days from the date the order was placed. The right applies only in the case that you notifiy Sandell within this period. Contact Sandell with your request and order number.
Return shipping cost is paid by the consumer. You are responsible for the package until it reaches us. Refunds are made in accordance with the payment method used for purchase, Sandell reserves the right to reject returns if the conditions are not met.
The website Sandell may include user-generated content from social media applications. Sandell does not claim any ownership in rights in such content (images, photos and videos etc.) and takes no legal responsibility for it. In case you suspect a violation of copyright or any other right, please contact our customer service.
